1. Introduction
Welcome to AccuVate. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our modern accounting services for digital businesses via accuvatepro.com. By placing an order or accessing any content, you agree to comply with these terms in effect as of 2025.
2. Use of Services
AccuVate offers specialized service plans, digital learning materials, and physical resource kits. You agree to use our offerings in a lawful manner and provide accurate information when registering or placing orders.
3. Fees and Payments
All charges are due upon placement of your order. Accepted payment methods are specified at checkout. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access or cancellation of your order.
4. Refund Policy
This section details refund and transfer options for our service plans, digital materials, and physical goods.
4.1 Service Plans
- Standard advisory packages may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund of any prepayments.
- Once preparatory work begins or materials are delivered, no refund will be issued for those portions, as resources have been allocated.
- Unused hours in subscription-based plans may be credited toward future sessions if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance via the contact form.
- Custom integration projects require a non-refundable deposit due to dedicated resource allocation. The balance may be refunded only if the project is canceled before any engineering work has commenced.
4.2 Digital Products
- E-books, interactive courses, and templates are eligible for a refund within fourteen days of download, provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
- To request a refund, submit a claim through our contact form with proof of purchase.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source within ten business days.
- No refunds will be granted after the fourteen-day window or once the access threshold is exceeded.
4.3 Physical Goods
- If goods arrive in damaged or defective condition, you may request a return authorization within thirty days of receipt.

- Once returned items pass inspection, we will issue either a replacement or a credit toward your account within fifteen business days.
- Return shipping costs are covered by AccuVate for verified manufacturing defects.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and service marks displayed on accuvatepro.com are the property of AccuVate. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without our prior written consent.
6. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccuVate’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential harm.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
